HOW TO USE

• HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT OF CLEATS - To adjust the height of the cleats, please insert spacers in all three places.Since your body may be used to the difference in leg length, you can add 1-2 sheets to all 3 places without adding spacers for the difference between the left and right.
