레전드에서 2년 동안 개발과정을 거친 가장 가벼운 45mm 로드디스크휠셋인 Legend 45P PRO5 CSR Ceramic 모델은 휠셋 무게가 1,270gram입니다. 이러한 무게에 원하는 성능을 얻기위해서 기존 부품들은 기준에 미달하여 새롭게 CSR 허브를 개발하기로 하였습니다. 허브의 각 요소들은 무게(weight), 강성(stiffness), 관용도(yield) 그리고 신뢰성(reliability)의 최대 한계까지 추구한다는 목표하에 연구개발되었습니다. 프랑스에서 디자인되고 조립되는데 CSR ceramic hub와 새로운 EDGE Ultra Carbon fiber를 적용하여 고른 어떤 도로상태에서도 편안하고 범용성높은 45mm 휠셋을 개발하였습니다. 허치슨 타이어와 공동개발한 45mm 림 형상은 모든 날씨에서 대응할 수 있고 충분히 가벼우며 가속하기에 충분한 공기역학성능을 보여주는 가장 균형잡힌 포맷입니다. 따라서 모든 도로상황에 대응가능한 올라운드 휠셋을 원하는 분들에게 최적의 모델이며 경주와 훈련에서 성능을 잘 발휘하는 독특한 휠셋을 찾는 분들에게 추천합니다.

The 55 mm carbon wheel disc drive 55P PRO 5 CSR is the lightest pair ever developed by Legend Wheels. Equipped with the new Ratchet 54-tooth ceramic CSR hubs, new generation T-Head carbon rays and our EDGE Ultra fiber, it reaches only 1,270 g a pair without giving up anything to modern competition. To achieve this level of performance, no existing components met our specifications. We have therefore developed a hub dedicated to this project: the CSR. Each element was thought with a single objective, pushing the limits of weight, stiffness, yield, and reliability. Designed and assembled in France, it combines the CSR ceramic hub, new generation carbon rays and EDGE Ultra fiber to offer a truly versatile 45mm profile, comfortable on the plate and in the bumps. The 45mm profile is the most balanced format in the road range: aerodynamic enough to gain speed, light enough and stable enough to remain manageable in all weather. They're the perfect pair for those who want a single wheel that can do anything.

• THE CSR CERAMIC HUB SET: The CSR opens a new generation of Legend wheels bike hubs. The ratchet 54 system ensures a very rapid engagement while maintaining the robustness of the toothed crowns, for immediate recovery with each acceleration. Thought to exploit the full potential of carbon rays, the CSR hub combines premium alloy, high-end ceramic bearings. a 54-toed Ratchet system. a reinforced leakproofness. a specific geometry for carbon rays.
• JAPANESE CERAMIC BEARINGS: The CSR hub receives high-end Japanese ceramic bearings in series. They are used by connoisseurs to reduce friction and save up to 4 watts, while providing exceptional fluidity and durability.
• ANTI-ROTATION SPOKE T-HEAD: PLUM™ carbon rays use a rectangular T-Head head embedded in the hub. This anti-rotation system prevents any rotation of the radius in order to maintain its aerodynamic orientation for a long time. Plum T-Head carbon rays improve lateral stiffness, pilot accuracy, power transmission, and stability of voltages over time. The wheel remains lively as a dancer and precise as a curve, even under heavy load.
• LASER FINISH: New paint-free finish: flawlessly polished mold, laser-engraved markings. An 8% weight reduction compared to the previous model, without compromising rigidity.
• INTEGRATED VALVE INTERFACE: All our rims incorporate a new molding around the valve. This interface improves tubeless tightening and valve locking.
• UCI APROVED: Our rims are UCI approved and exceed the official test requirements by more than 4 times. Extreme reliability validated on the road by our continental teams, including Minimax DARE.
• HAND ASSEMBLED IN FRANCE: Each Legend Wheels® wheel is entirely hand-assembled by a skilled operator in our workshop. The assembly process takes two days, allowing the wheel to naturally settle between each step, in addition to the mechanical cracking. Each wheel then undergoes 100% inspection using high-precision electronic measuring instruments. This rigorous procedure guarantees our customers maximum precision, balanced tension, and exceptional reliability – the hallmark of Legend Wheels® quality.
