단지 4cm 폭으로 가장 얇상한 프레임 가방으로 바람을 가르고 다리와의 간섭이 없다. 같은 4cn 폭의 POST CARRY TOP TUBE BAG과 함께 세트 구성하면 잘 어울린다. 어떠한 날씨 상황에서도 보관된 소지품들이 뽀송하게 유지되며 한 손으로도 지퍼를 손쉽게 열고 닫을 수 있도록 디자인된 방수 지퍼(waterproof zipper)를 제공하며 전자기기 케이블을 위한 포트를 제공한다. 내부의 플라스틱 보강제(Plastic stiffeners)로 물건을 꽉 채울 경우에도 가방이 처지지 않고 모양을 유지하여 속도감있는 라이딩을 하는데 방해되지 않는다.
